HOUSEKEEPING:
• Cleaning during your stay is not included, but is available at an additional cost. Please note, additional cleans do not include linen and towel changes.
• For stays longer than 7 nights. A complimentary linen and towel change occurs weekly. Our team will notify you of the date and estimated time of these changeovers.
• One hand towel and one bath towel are provided per guest, according to the properties total occupancy limit.
• Should you request a linen changeover in addition to those already being provided, an extra fee will be charged.
• Should you wish to book any additional cleans and/or linen changeovers, please give your host at least 24hours notice.
HOUSE RULES:
• No Smoking permitted inside.
• Parties and/or Events are not permitted.
• Smoking of Marijuana not permitted on the premises
• Check out is at 10:00 am.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
• Kindly report any damages immediately.
• Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
• Please make use of face clothes provided, to avoid excess make-up on towels & linen.
• Please do not machine wash the towels and linen provided.
• Please consider neighbours. Keep music & noise down in the apartment and building area.
• Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay in the apartment.
• Please take extra care of the keys & security tags. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
• Please avoid eating and drinking in the bedrooms, to avoid any messy accidents.
• When leaving the apartment, please ensure all appliances & lights are switched off.
• We'd greatly appreciate it if you are able to wash your dishes before checking out.
• We ask that no guests sleep on the couch
• Keys will only be handed over to the guest whose profile made the reservation. The guest who makes the reservation, needs to be staying at property. As a general policy, we do not accommodate third party bookings.
