Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
Please make use of face clothes provided, to avoid excess make-up on towels & linen.
Please do not machine wash the towels and linen provided.
Please consider neighbours. Keep music & noise down in the apartment and building area.
Unregistered guests are not permitted.
Please take extra care of the keys & security tags. Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.
Please avoid eating and drinking in the bedrooms, to avoid any messy accidents.
When leaving the apartment, please ensure all appliances & lights are switched off.
We'd greatly appreciate it if you are able to wash your dishes before checking out.

HOUSEKEEPING:
• Cleaning during your stay is not included, but is available at an additional cost. Additional cleans do not include linen and towel changes.
• For stays longer than 7 nights. A complimentary linen and towel change occurs every 5-7 days of your stay. Our team will notify you of the date and the estimated time of these changeovers.
• Please do not machine wash or dry any of the linen and towels provided.
• Should you request a linen changeover in addition to those already being provided, an extra fee will be charged.
• Should you wish to book additional cleans and/or linen changeovers, please give your host at least 24hours notice.
• As we use a linen rental service, please note that in the event we are not able to change the linen and towels after 7 nights, a surcharge may be applied as per our agreement with the rental service.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Apartment is on the first floor, and accessible via stairs and elevator.
- Camp cots and high chairs are available for rental, by request only
- The apartment is self-catering. Some basic amenities will be available to guests for the beginning of their stay, but generally are not refilled throughout.
- Electricity is prepaid and provided by the host, as is gas (where necessary). Please note, fair usage policy applies and additional charges may be incurred should the usage be above the average reasonable amount.
- There is no back-up power for this apartment. Should load-shedding return we will assist with a battery operated light. Wifi is also powered by a UPS, so should work for 2 hours during power outages.
- For longer stays (more than 7 nights), someone from our team will require access to the space in order to carry out linen changes. Guests will be notified the day before in such cases.
